Unique Manufacturing Process
Unlike traditional meltblown disposables
with sprayed on chemicals, BOOM absorbents
consist of a tough, durable, polypropylene textile with
fibers that are designed to dissipate electricity.
The fibers are embedded in the material
so there is no need to add topical solutions or chemicals
that can wash out!
Combined with BOOM's unique fiber-lock/needle-punch
manufacturing process, BOOM static
dissipative absorbents are more absorbent than traditional
disposables, and provide the strength and resiliency
to be dry-cleaned, laundered, mechanically wrung or
centrifuged.
Closed-Loop Reuse Program
Boom Environmental Products has teamed
with industrial dry cleaners to create the ultimate
closed-loop reuse program.
Here's how it works: Used BOOM
static dissipative absorbents are placed in drums and
picked up by industrial dry cleaners.
The dry cleaner cleans the absorbents at one of three
dry-cleaning plants located across the United States.
